Ingredients.

  • Underbelly 1 kg.
  • carrots 200g.
  • cranberries 100 g.
  • For the marinade you will need:
  • salt 
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • oil 2 tbsp.
    Spices from TM «EKO»
  • coriander 1 tbsp.
  • 1 tbsp paprika.
  • ground black pepper 1 tbsp.
  • Adjika seasoning 1 tbsp.

Preparation


Cut the two pieces of underbelly in such a way that you can make a roll.
Mix all the ingredients for marinating and rub generously over the underbelly, leave to marinate for a day.
Wrap the roll with carrots and cranberries inside.
Wrap in a baking sleeve and then in a moulding net.
It can be baked or boiled.
