Ingredients.
- Underbelly 1 kg.
- carrots 200g.
- cranberries 100 g.
- For the marinade you will need:
- salt
- 4 cloves of garlic.
- oil 2 tbsp.
Spices from TM «EKO» - coriander 1 tbsp.
- 1 tbsp paprika.
- ground black pepper 1 tbsp.
- Adjika seasoning 1 tbsp.
Preparation
Cut the two pieces of underbelly in such a way that you can make a roll.
Mix all the ingredients for marinating and rub generously over the underbelly, leave to marinate for a day.
Wrap the roll with carrots and cranberries inside.
Wrap in a baking sleeve and then in a moulding net.
It can be baked or boiled.
