Ingredients.

For the dough:
- 5 g. of dry yeast from EKO TM«
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 70 g. flour
- 270 g of warm water

For the dough:
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- +/- 300-320 g of flour
- Fine corn flour or cereal (for dusting the parchment)

For the sauce:
- 250 g. ketchup
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of «Tomato, basil and garlic» seasoning from TM «ECO»
- 1 tsp of «Italian Herbs» seasoning from TM «ECO»
- 1 tsp of «Provencal Herbs» seasoning from TM «ECO»

 

Preparation


Combine everything (the ingredients for the dough) and leave it for 15 minutes under a film in a warm place.
Add salt, oil and flour to the dough. Knead everything, the dough should be slightly sticky. Put it into a bowl greased with oil, cover and leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Stretch out the dough on a parchment with cornflour/fine-grain flour.
Next, prepare the sauce: mix ketchup, sugar and all the specified seasonings from EKO TM.
Generously grease the base with the sauce, add any toppings and put the pizza in the preheated oven (275°), top/bottom mode without convection for 10-15 minutes. Be sure not to burn it.
