Ingredients.

For cakes:
-Milk 100 ml.
-Honey 110 g.
-Sugar 150 g.

- 1 egg.

- 420 g flour.

-Baking powder 1 tsp.
-75 g butter.
-Cocoa 60 g.
-Baking soda 10 g.

For cream:

-Sour cream 1200 ml.
-Cherry cream 3 pcs.

Preparation


Put it all in a water bath and stir constantly until the products dissolve and combine, sift in the baking soda and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Then add 1 egg to the warm mass, mix and add 420 g flour with 1 tsp baking powder.
Knead the soft dough, divide it into parts and bake each cake for 5-7 minutes until cooked. Make the cream according to the instructions on the package, everything is simple, and spread it over the cake👌🏻

Leave to stand and pour over the glaze.
