Ingredients.
For the basicsи:
- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 1 pack of seasoning for meat with pineapple from TM «EKO»
- 140 ml boiling water to dissolve the seasoning
For the sauce:
- 100 g of sour cream
- 1 tbsp strong mustard
- 0.5 tsp of ginger pepper from TM «EKO»
For the filling:
- tinned pineapples
80 g of hard cheese

- 100 g of bacon
- 80 g of hard cheese for the cheese coat on top
Preparation
Cut the chicken fillet into portions, pound it lightly if necessary, and marinate it in EKO's Pineapple Seasoning with Pineapple, previously dissolved in boiling water. Leave the meat to marinate for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: mix the sour cream with strong mustard and ginger pepper from TM «EKO» until smooth.
After marinating, brush each piece of fillet with the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, add a slice of canned pineapple and wrap it tightly in rolls. If you wish, you can wrap some of the rolls in bacon to give the dish an even more distinctive taste and juiciness.
Put the formed rolls into a greased baking tin and bake in a preheated oven to 180°C the oven for about 30 minutes. During baking, a lot of juice is released, so when the rolls are browned, you can drain off some of the liquid. Then sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and return it to the oven for a few more minutes to melt the cheese completely and form a delicious cheese coat.
