Ingredients.

  • 2 carcasses of freshly frozen mackerel
  • seasoning for fish from TM EKO - to taste
  • lemon pepper from TM EKO - to taste


For the marinade:

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp strong mustard
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce

Preparation

Clean the frozen mackerel, cut off the head, remove the entrails and rinse it well. After that, cut the fish into portions and carefully remove the central bone from each piece so that they remain intact and easy to thread.

Prepare the marinade separately: mix Dijon mustard, strong mustard, honey and soy sauce until smooth. Thread the prepared mackerel pieces onto skewers, sprinkle with EKO fish seasoning and EKO lemon pepper, then coat with the marinade and leave for about 20 minutes.


Next, put the kebabs on a baking sheet covered with parchment and send them to a preheated 180°C the oven on 20-25 minutes. The cooked mackerel is juicy, flavourful and very appetising.
