Ingredients.

  • 500 g of veal liver
  • 100 g of flour
  • 70-100 g of oil
  • 2 bulbs
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp of cognac
  • seasoning for mushrooms from TM «EKO» - to taste
  • ground black pepper from TM «ECO» - to taste
  • dried garlic from TM EKO - to taste

Preparation

Peel off the film and cut the liver into thin slices. Sprinkle generously on both sides with spices and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Spices from EKO TM are perfect for this dish, as they emphasise the taste of the liver and have a natural composition.

Pour the flour into a container or bowl, add the marinated liver and shake well to coat each piece evenly. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the liver on both sides until golden brown.Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry in a frying pan with oil until soft. Add sugar and cook over low heat, stirring, until golden caramelised.

Then add the fried liver to the onion, pour in the water, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. At the end, add the cognac and leave it under the lid for another 5 minutes.
It tastes better with ECO!
